How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, log in and click on “My Profile” at the top of the screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete My Account.” Once you delete your account, it is gone forever. We will not be able to retrieve any information.
Which tickets are eligible for Promo Zone promotions?
Please check the eligible games page on the Promo Zone website to see what games are eligible for entry at that time.
How many entries are allowed in one day?
Players may enter up to fifty (50) tickets per promotion per day.
How do I find out about multiplier promotions?
Periodic promotions will offer players a chance to multiply their entries on selected games. Website banners, ticket and terminal messages, and emails will give promotional details. You can sign up for emails on your Promo Zone profile page.
Can I enter my tickets in Promo Zone promotions by scanning from my mobile device?
The Promo Zone does not currently offer a scanning feature.
Why can’t I scan my tickets to enter?
The Promo Zone is a new site and we have not yet developed a scanning feature for the site.
How can I be sure that my entry has been submitted?
When will New Mexico Lottery Promo Zone drawings be held?
What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for one of the Promo Zone drawings?
Entries not received by the specified deadline for a drawing will be automatically entered in the next scheduled drawing, if an applicable future drawing is scheduled. Entries received after the final entry deadline will not be included in any drawing.
What happens to the entries that are not drawn in one of the Promo Zone drawings? Are they put into future drawings?
No, only entries submitted during the entry period for one of the drawings are included in that drawing.
Do I need to keep my tickets after submitting them into a Promo Zone promotion?
- You MUST keep your Draw Game Promotional Entry Coupon (that displays an entry serial #) in order to claim a prize, if selected.
- You do not need to keep your SCRATCHERS after verifying that your entry has been submitted.
Can I mail in my ticket entries for Promo Zone promotions?
No, only internet entries are allowed in this program.
What are my chances of winning a prize in a Promo Zone drawing?
Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing and the total number of entries that you have submitted.
Can I win a prize more than one time?
A player may win one time for each drawing. If there are multiple drawings for a promotion, players can win future drawings if they have already won a previous drawing.
How will I be notified if I win a prize?
If your entry is selected, the New Mexico Lottery will email you a claim form using the contact information in your player profile. Please make sure that all of your information is up to date. If the completed claim form and other information requested are not received by the date and time specified, your entry will be disqualified and replaced with an alternate. Remember to check your junk email and spam folders.
